Back in the day I used to share my week of workouts in what I called “Fitness Friday.” Over the last few years, that’s been retired but I thought it could be interesting to bring in back only with a slightly different name: Weekly Workout Wednesday.
The idea is that each week I will share my previous week of workouts with two main purposes:
- Hold myself accountable to my goals and pushing myself to try new workouts
- Inspire others to try new workouts and meet their own fitness goals
With that said, let’s check in to last week’s workouts:

This is a great way to track what you’ve been doing! Getting my steps in has been the biggest challenge for me. I’ve set the alert on my watch now to let me know when I’ve been sedentary too long.
You make me wanna get moving! I miss going for a run at the end of the day. My health and flat feet make that next to impossible now. Walking to get the kids from school will start again soon now that the weather will drop a little so that will help! Love to see your days broken down like this! Inspiring!

Dang girl you are giving me major inspo!
I decided that October was going to be the month I started doing something. My goal right now is to do 3 days a week of SOMETHING. So yesterday I did a postnatal workout on Beachbody on Demand. Though I’m 2 years from having a baby, it was pretty taxing yesterday, and today it hurts to sit so clearly I did something. HA!
Great job! You definitely get a lot of steps in most days. Sadly, I’m not that great about that. Even when I’m really trying, it just doesn’t seem to add up to much!
