We all know the holiday season is going to be busy, yet why does it always catch us off guard? Or is that just me? Ha! I went home to visit my parents and some friends last weekend and I knew there were a few things on the agenda for this week but next thing I know, my week is STACKED. Iβm finding it mildly overwhelming but maintaining good spirits. One of the ways I do this is by making sure I continue to prioritize the things that are important to me and keep me healthy, both mentally and physically. Aka, my workouts, meditation practice, and daily journaling. But before I get too ahead of myself, letβs jump to last weekβs workouts and see how they wentβ¦.

Great job on last week’s workouts! I hear you on being busy, our weeks are getting fuller too and I can tell it’s going to be harder to fit our workouts in but we’re trying to keep them a priority!
Great job on all of your exercising. I was out of town last week so I had a few days with a TON of steps. lol This week I’m back to my dance classes. I need to make sure I keep moving, because the cold definitely makes me want to just curl up and do nothing. LOL As for busy weeks…make sure you have some down time and focus on the things you’re busy with that you’re actually EXCITED about.
