Weekly Workout Wednesday #19

Thank you all so much for the love and support on last Friday’s Tri-Yoga launch! I’ve already received a lot of great feedback, had some additional subscribers and I’m excited to keep releasing more videos into the world. Side note if you’re not sure how to subscribe… I’ve added a button on my sidebar which will take you right to the YouTube channel where you can easily hit the “subscribe” button.

Anyway, last week was rough. With the winter weather rolling through at full force, it was hard to get workouts or even walks with the pup done. We’d go outside just long enough to get him to do his business before coming back inside and cuddling back up on the couch. I knew he was getting antsy and honestly, so was I. I got some workouts done in my living room but it’s never quite the same and I was really craving a run. Thankfully, once the weekend hit, I was able to make it happen.

Who knows what the next few weeks actually have in store, but I’d be okay if Puxatawney Phil was right and there’s an early spring headed our way. This pup needs to get outside!

I keep hearing about the Polar Vortex – sounds hectic!
Your workouts are so inspiring. I’ve been a bit lazy this week but did play some bowls with my in-laws on Monday after work and went for a run last night. Your step count is always so high – well done!

Yep, we got the Polar Vortex here. It was a long week but we did what we could! Cooked a lot of warm meals and read some good books! I hope it’s getting warmer so you can get that pup outside more!

We had polar vortex weather for a few days so I added in more crossfit and more yoga. Thankfully this week has felt like spring which has been such a treat with the sun shining and warm temps.

We finally got some sunshine today! It’s still pretty cold (or was first thing this morning) but the sunshine just makes it feel SO much better!
