I want to be really honest here for a minute, it’s been a rough few days. If you follow me on Instagram, you likely saw my post on Sunday. I’m not sure how much I want to talk about it here (at least just yet) but check out Sunday’s post and you’ll get some insight…
Anyway, I really wanted to get something up on Monday and obviously that didn’t happen but I have a challenge that I’m putting together and I hope you’ll all join me once I’m done getting it all planned out. So stay tuned… 😉

Girl, you are motivating me to be more intentional about meeting my step goals every day. I’ve been under the weather and haven’t been walking as much, but I need to get back to it. Thanks for the inspiration!

I’m sorry to hear about your breakup and the shift in your world. You are rocking your workouts though! My husband and I have started a beginner weight lifting program so that’s been kind of exciting.
You get more steps than me even on a rest day! LOL Good job!
