I swear the weeks are just flying by! It’s like I blink and it’s Friday again. This wouldn’t usually be a bad thing but there’s just so much to do and not enough hours in the day or days in the week. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it’s a good thing I’m at my best when I’m at my busiest. 😉

This week has been full of moving, working, fitness, planning, celebrations and more. I treated myself to a much needed hair cut + color appointment and I must say, I’m loving it!


Aside from the cheesy grin, do you like it?

Anyway, the weekend ahead of me will be filled with more work, planning, fitness and hopefully some much needed relaxation and time with friends. But let’s not rush ahead of ourselves and instead take a look back at my fitness this week…

I’m continuing to make some major leaps in my strength and fitness at CrossFit and so excited to see myself hitting new PRs daily (or pretty close to it).

      I was no gymnast, but it’s interesting to see myself get better and do exercises I never thought possible for myself!
