I skipped yoga yesterday (bad katie)! But hopefully I won’t let you all down today as I’m planning to make it after work and because I’m setting goals for myself and doing all that I can to stick to them. I do better with goals as that’s how I find success.
But before I get to that, I want to take a minute to thank Caitlin at Healthy Tipping Point for featuring my story on her blog yesterday. In honor of Caitlin’s new book, Healthy Tipping Point, she asked for submissions of our healthy tipping point journeys and has been sharing some inspiration and motivational stories all week. There have been some amazing stories this week and I’m honored to have my story shared. To read about my healthy tipping point journey, head over to Caitlin’s blog. You may even get inspired by one of the other lovely ladies! (And if you’ve found my blog based on my story – welcome and thanks for reading!)
Anyway, speaking of goals, I set one for myself: I will run my first race and 10k.
Last night I signed up for the What’s Beautiful competition through Under Armour, “a competition to redefine the female athlete.” I’m looking forward to seeing the challenges that are presented and pushing forward to get my running back where it used to be. It will be an interesting, fun and challenging experience. If you want to know more about the What’s Beautiful competition, check it out!
What goals have you set for yourself lately?

congrats on the guest post! well done, well done. always rooting for you.
Yay-congrats on having your story featured! What an inspiration you are. I saw the UA campaign, but have not come up with a goal yet.
