If I was a good food blogger, you’d be seeing my eats from the Christmas weekend. Well…things don’t always go as planned and sometimes life happens and we forget to take pictures of our food. Or the more realistic scenario where you become so hungry you can’t help but dig in, only to remember later you meant to take a picture. Oops.
Since tradition exist, that means I have pictures from years past…here’s a bit of what I’ve eaten this and for many Christmas past:
And because I’ve received some requests, here is the recipe I used for the 15 loaves of zucchini bread made for gifts. This is a recipe our family has made every year but with the changes I used this year and while it was slightly different, still got rave reviews from the peanut gallery. 😉

As usual, thank you to Jenn for bringing us together for this foodie (festive) fun!

What yummy eats did you have over the holidays?

Ooh I love zucchini bread! I would definitely make it more often if my boyfriend didn’t hate veggies with a passion, haha.
The zucchini bread looks delish! Such a great idea for gifts! 🙂
This recipe looks awesome, thanks for sharing! I posted some of my holiday eats on my blog-check it out!
holy moly that is a lot of zucchini bread, but that is probably one of the best gifts 🙂
Happy Holidays!
I def need to try the zucchini bread! I love zucchini and bread…so it must be good together. What is the first pic? Looks good.
It IS good together! The first pic are “spicy flowerettes” – pillsbury biscuits that are cut, covered in butter and cinnamon/nutmeg/sugar, topped with a maraschino cherry and baked. Not healthy but yummy! 😉
That’s a lot of zucchini bread! 🙂 Sounds great
Yes, yes it was! 😉
The zucchini bread sounds wonderful! I haven’t had that in a long time, I need to try your version! Happy WIAW!!
