While I understand if this sounds strange to some, I am all about planning out my week of workouts ahead of time. Sure, life may get in the way or I may need to make adjustments per what my body seems to need, I enjoy being able to look at the week ahead of me and know where I can fit in a workout or two. If an extra rest day needs to happen, no problem, but having my workouts planned out keeps me motivated, especially when the alarm goes off at 4:15.
The program I was following has had weekly PDF schedules which I hang up in my kitchen and it lets me see what my fitness schedule is like for the week, and also check off when something has been completed. They seem to be doing away with that (booo!) but regardless, I’m thinking about switching up my fitness schedule a bit again and I realized having this printable was something I wanted to continue. So, I made one!
Even better, I decided to share it with you all! Why? I could just say because I’m nice like that (which is part of it), but in my attempts to show you all what works for me to live a healthier life, it only seems appropriate to actually share one of my go-to tools!
This printable is pretty basic and leaves room for you to schedule out your workouts and check once they’ve been completed. Don’t forget to schedule your rest days too!

Are you a fan of scheduling out your workouts?
Are you following a particular program right now?

Thanks for sharing!! I typically use my planner, or just save the TIU weekly workout calendar on my phone. I love your PDF, though! Super cute and easy to use.

I try to plan my work outs ahead of time as much as I possibly can. I love this check list!!! Def helpful!
Firstly you are very organised and second- full respect for getting up at 4.15!!!? I though me getting up at 6.30 was bad enough haha ???

Me too!!
This is a great idea! Maybe if I have something written down I will actually do it. Lol. I haven’t worked out in forever and I know it’s time to get back to it. Thanks for sharing this 🙂
Give it a try! 🙂
Katie! This is so great! I am for sure going to use this 🙂
Yay!! Thanks, girl!
What a great tool! This will def help me to keep track of my workouts and nothing motivates me more than checking off boxes on my to-do list!! 🙂

ME TOO!!! Who doesn’t love check boxes?!
Hi Katie! What do you do in the music industry? I’m in it too, in Austin! Love the check list. Having it in front of you keeps it top of mind and having a plan is always good! Tracy
Oh that’s awesome!! Currently, not much. I managed for a few years and then have gone in and out of the industry after, but I’m dabbling in management again. How about you?!
Ah this is great! I love checklists because it makes me feel like I am making progress. I am saving this PDF! Thanks for sharing.
I hope you like it!
I love using printables to track my workout progress! I will admit to being like a kindergartener and using stickers instead of checking days off because it makes me feel extra good that I’m kicking butt in the fitness department. 🙂
Girl, you do you!! Put stickers in those boxes then! 🙂
How fun! I write down my workouts in my planner at the beginning of the week. It keeps me accountable.
That’s a great idea!
Thanks for the printable. It seems like it would be a good reminder and motivator to workout. Right now my main inspiration is the fact my insurance pays my club membership if I go 12 times a month. Which usually results in my going the last 12 days of the month. Being more deliberate would be a good idea for me though.

My insurance does that too (or at least a portion of it)…I don’t take advantage of it because I just go to my apartment fitness center for free, but I loved when I heard that was a thing!
Thanks for this reminder! I always fall short on the workouts…even when I schedule them in my planner. when I KNOW I would feel better if I took the time out to do them!

You just have to remind yourself how GOOD you feel after!
I love this workout schedule! When I put my workouts in my planner–I feel like they get lost among all the other tasks I have to do, so having this has a separate sheet would be very helpful! Thank you!
Yes! Give it a try! I hang mine in my kitchen so I see it all the time!
Thanks for sharing! Looks like a great workout plan!
