That was the sound my whole body was making as I did yoga last night.  And it felt good.  It felt like something that needed to happen.  It was like letting my whole body release a bit of built up tension and stress.  I needed it.

And when I was done, I wanted to do more.  And now, I still want to do more.

Moving never really used to stress me out, at least not that much.  But it feels like each move continues to stress me out even more and I’m not really sure why that is.  All I want to do is be settled and into my new routine.  Until I can get there, I feel off and it weighs heavily on my shoulders.

I’m getting closer though.

Until then, I am going to keep doing yoga and keep doing all I can to release the stress and tension weighing down on me.
