Iβm imagining things will be quiet around these parts this weekend as I and many of my fellow blogging buddies will be spending the weekend in Boulder, Colorado at the Blend Retreat. Obviously Iβm super excited to be representing RxBar once again but also just excited to reconnect with some lovely friends this weekend!
Thankfully I already had the chance to see Lindsay, her husband Travis and their cute kiddos on Wednesday when they popped into Ruya CrossFit to join us for our event. I was so excited they came out to support and get in an awesome workout. Thanks for joining, Linds (and for letting us shower yesterday afternoon). π
I have to admit, I was quite happy this was a week with several events for 50 States because I had zero desire to plan my own workouts. I know thatβs bad and it definitely lead to an extra day off than I was planning or would have necessarily liked, but in the grand scheme of things, itβs probably how it needed to be – for mind and body.
